Skill correction tends to follow a predictable arc: slow at first, then noticeably faster once you start targeting specific gaps rather than practicing broadly. The error log is the tool that makes your gaps visible before they've had months to compound. Pair it with spaced repetition tools like Anki, integrate it with whatever practice platform you're already using — Khan Academy, UWorld, Magoosh — and the combination creates a system that works with your actual weak points rather than around them.
